ABOUT
STMS
The Tunisian Society of Sports Medicine (STMS) is a learned society in scientific activity dedicated to the promotion of sports medicine.
​
She was born in November 1998 and has more than one hundred members.
It is positioned as a meeting point of different stakeholders in the medical management of sports between sports doctors, sports surgeons, imaging sports, the sports therapists etc ...
It works in close coordination with administrative, medical facilities, in particular the National Center for Medicine and Sports Science, and non-governmental organizations including the National Olympic Committee.
Its purpose is to provide a reconciliation of the various stakeholders of structure in the medical management of sports to prevent injuries from sports, to improve its performance and to treat pathologies of sports
